All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Sale items
• Accessories
• Hats
• Bodysuits
• Items marked final sale
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Lane Eleven LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
During launches, sales, or holidays, processing and return times may be slightly delayed.
